I'm so excited because I'm doing a stay-cation this week and there is so much to do! The Venetian Festival is rocking all week long and this weekend includes fireworks, art fairs and lots of wine. Get out and enjoy summer…. it's a great weekend to be Up North!

The fun continues Friday night and Saturday with 2 of the best fireworks shows you’ll see up north. Saturday night is the grand finale show starting with the always awesome boat parade in Round Lake followed by the fireworks.

Castle Farms Art Fair
Nearly sixty vendors will be on hand showcasing unique garments and fiber-related items, one-of-a-kind works of art, accessories, home & Holiday décor, jewelry, candles, spices, and more. In town to celebrate Charlevoix's Venetian Festival? FREE shuttle running daily to/from Castle Farms from downtown Charlevoix. Artisan's Market hours: Friday and Saturday 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday 10 am – 4 pm. Admission is only $6 per person and includes the self-guided Castle & Garden tour.  Food available for purchase on-site.
 
Traverse Bay Outdoor Art Festive, July 25 starting at 10am
This is an impressive juried event, showcasing more than 120 artists from across the country. Featuring jewelry, sculpture, photography, glass, wood, fiber and more. The Artcenter is proud to offer a high quality art festival for the community and surrounding areas. Fairgoers can also enjoy live music, concessions, artist demonstrations and children's activities.
 
Night of 100 Rieslings

Tour De TART Bike Ride, July 24th, 4pm on TART Trail
Starting anytime between 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., riders will enjoy two food stops along the 17-mile ride, a bayside meal at the Suttons Bay Marina, local microbrews (bring cash) and then a relaxing bus ride back home.
