Healthy Eating is as simple as…..

Wasn't it great when we were kids and didn't have to worry about eating a healthy lunch? Mom packed us a healthy lunch every day. Dinner was always served at 6pm. That could explain why I didn't really deal with the weight issues I have now. Obviously as an adult I can't count on my mom to pack my lunch right? Plus I'm a mom now so I need to set the example. If you struggle with eating healthy like I do there is new research that suggests just eating your meals at specific times every day can help!

A study was done with college students and discovered those who ate at specific times each day were more likely to eat fruits and vegatables and they avoided things like fast food and sugary drinks. Packing a lunch also contributed to healthier eating habits. You can check out more about it here
