Fit Legs = Fit Brain

I think we all know by now that being healthy and staying in shape will help you live longer. More and more, though we are hearing about how keeping your body in shape can help keep your mind in shape. Specifically scientists have now found a "striking protective relationship" between high leg power and better preserved mental ability.

This means your leg power is more closely linked to age-related changes in mental function than any other lifestyle factor. Just some simple lifestyle changes to boost your physical activity not only will keep our bodies moving longer, but will help keep us mentally healthy.
I'm not a fan of leg lifts or lunges but if it keeps my mind working I'm willing to give it my best shot!
