Watching what you eat in the new year?

It's the new year… and that means the parties of December are behind us. What they left though were a few extra pounds. Ugh. And as you know, the older you get, the harder it gets to drop them. So many of my friends have done the Whole 30 food plan with great success. And after reading about it, I thought I'd give it a try for the month of January. I like it because you don't county anything. You just eat whole foods. And when you can cook, it's not that hard. I'm finding other than having to walk by the birthday cake at work, it's not that hard. So if you're trying to eat a little healthier, diet plan or not, this is a great recipe for after work. Simple and healthy!
