Do you have a phone addiction?

Summer is finally here and we love to get outside and play.  It’s a great opportunity to put the technology away as well….which is sometimes harder than it seems. We rely on our phones for so many things….keeping in contact with loved ones, news, weather, our favorite music- the list goes on and on. So maybe giving up technology completely isn’t realistic, but if you find yourself constantly checking your phone and social media, you may be close to an “addiction”.
Apple has now announced a new feature that is designed to keep you from getting “addicted” to your phone. Digital Health will let you do things like track usage and also limit how long you can use specific apps. It’s a great way to keep track of just how much time you spend on your phone.  There are several other things you can do to reduce your phone use if you struggle- check them out here!
