Northport Dog Parade

Aug 13, noon, Northport Chamber of Commerce The annual Northport Dog Parade is back for its 25th year, with this year’s theme being Alice in Wonderlab, Through The Woofing Glass! Top of Michigan Nationals Boat Races

The Charlevoix Council for the Arts was formed to develop year-round community participation in the arts. Indian River Lighted Boat Parade

Harbor Springs Car Festival

Aug 11, 5:30-dusk The 16th annual Harbor Springs Car Festival, is 5:30 p.m. to dusk on Thursday, August 11, at Zorn Park in downtown Harbor Springs. The event typically attracts 200 vehicles and is free for all entrants and spectators. The festival is open to all types of cars, trucks and motor vehicles. Fun for the kids

Field Day at Zorn Park in Harbor Springs, Aug 6, 11am Harbor Ice Cream is planning a free Ice Cream Field Day Event at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 6 at Zorn Park, across from the beach and Holy Childhood Church. This is a field day event for kids and adults with fun and prizes for all participants. Police and fire trucks will be on site for picture taking. Fun games, ice cream cones and an ice cream eating contest.
