My name is Monty and I'm a one-year-old yellow Labrador Retriever who just became available for adoption! As you can tell from my picture, I'm a real cutie and I hope it won't be long until I find my forever home. If you like labs, I hope you'll take a chance on me. I promise I'll be the best dog ever.

AC PAWS

ANGUS is our A C Paw PET OF THE WEEK.  Angus was transferred from Wexford Animal Control to A C Paw.  He was missing patches of hair and the vet believes it was from flea allergies.  After lots of loving care from his foster mom, his fur is starting to come back, but it will take a little time before Angus has his full coat back.  Angus is such a nice kitty. He was a stray and has been thru so much.  It will take him a little while to warm up and learn to trust. This kitty deserves a chance to have a good life in a loving home..  He will need someone who will understand his needs and will faithfully treat him for his allergies.
Angus is a two year old very handsome black kitty with medium length hair.  You can meet him at Petsmart or for more information about Angus,  please contact  www.acpaw.org

AC PAW was founded in 1995 to give animals a second chance at life. The non-profit, no-kill shelter started as a safe haven for animals from abuse, hunger, disease and death. AC PAW has now rescued over 6,000 animals in the northern Michigan region and services the five-county Grand Traverse area.

From the Charlevoix Humane Society

Baby is a beautiful lady that has a lot of love to give. She is a lap
dog in a big dogs body! She loves everybody but is not fond of cats so she needs
to be in a home without feline friends. She keeps her kennel clean so
housebreaking is not an issue. She knows a couple commands and would be a
wonderful addition to any home.

Monroe is an independent, playful guy that likes to snuggle
occasionally.

The Charlevoix Human Society's mission is to practice and promote the principle that every life is precious. As such, we are committed to the highest principles of humane care and professional treatment of injured, ill, neglected or abused animals. For more information on pets that are available for adoption or to donate, visit the shelter at 614 Beardsley Street in Boyne City or online at www.charlevoixhumane.org
