Over the last few months I’ve lost some weight. Losing has always been a struggle for me and in my mind I have this ideal number I want to eventually reach. The problem in the past is I have never reached that number, so I end up frustrated and disappointed.
This time around I have been paying more attention to when I eat, not what I eat. I have been trying to listen to my body to figure out if I’m actually hungry, or if I’m eating for other reasons. I tend to be an emotional eater so whether I’m happy or sad, I can find a food to fit my mood.
