THE BEST RESOLUTIONS TO MAKE

We are a week into the New Year and as always, a lot of people are either making or trying to stick to resolutions. It’s not something you have to do, but with a new year always brings the thought of change. Change in the way we think, act, feel and look.  My New Year’s Resolutions are usually the same every year- exercise, get more sleep, be more patient, and do more with my family.  So far I’ve managed to accomplish one of the four LOL! I guess that’s better than none right?
If you’re not a fan of making resolutions or maybe you can’t stick to the ones you make, check out this article. It’s all about the best resolutions to make, according to therapists. This is all about useful goals you can set for yourself for year.  The first thing they suggest is setting goals that focus on your emotional and mental health, instead of your money and weight. So what kind of resolutions can you make to focus on those things?  The first they say is to say “no” more often.
