In case you missed it, here are the workout mistakes you may be making according to Woman's Day:
Not eating enough-need fuel for your muscles
Not resting enough-give your muscles a chance to repair themselves
Not varying the type of workout-using the same routine for more than 6 weeks may cause you to plateau
Setting unrealistic goals-set realistic goals and there is a better chance you won't give up
Not stretching-at least 10 minutes will prevent soreness and promote recovery
I had a chance to see the movie "127 Hours" starring James Franco and it was a good movie, but not for the squemish. I admit I covered my eyes and ears when he finally had to cut off his arm after being trapped for 5 days. But since it was based on a true story and the acting was great, I give it 3 stars.
