I had a hard time getting going today, so here are the Morning Mood Boosters that I passed along. Maybe they'll help you too~
*When you first get up, pick one "spoil me" task, at least one nice thing you plan to do for yourself-then do it!
*Eat a well-balanced breakfast, (just coffee doesn't count!!)
*Get some fresh air, even if only a few minutes, to enhance your mood (PS, living near water amplifies the effects, so we are lucky there!)
*Focus on feeling good, remind yourself that how you feel is YOUR decision
*Breathe in some mint-enhances mood and attention and helps fight fatigue
*Smile - trust me on this, go stare at yourself in the mirror with a smile on your face, hold it....in no time, you will feel silly and that will make you feel better!
