Happy Wednesday!
Heart disease is the #1 Health risk for women and I came across an article with Healthy Ticker Tips for you:
Eat good fats, omega-3 at least 2 per week
Quit smoking! Duh...no brainer
Walk or exercise at least 30 minutes (yeah, I know-but it's true!)
Eat fresh fruits and veggies...you can never have enough
Cut down on salt
Get Happy! My personal favorite. Happier people have 22 percent lower risk
If you have symptoms like stomach pain, shortness of breath, shoulder pain fatigue or nausea, talk with your doctor! Don't mess around...Take care of yourself!
