Constant Snacking is the new trend and it's not healthy!

Losing weight is tough and sometimes when I look at what I have to lose I get overwhelmed. I also get overwhelmed with trying to squeeze exercise into my busy day. On top of that eating healthy doesn't always seem affordable so inevitably we end up failing after putting up all of those obstacles. 

After reading this article however I realize that dropping a few pounds may be easier than I thought. Scientists have discovered that most Americans are not eating 3 meals a day as recommended, but instead are snacking all day long. Also Americans are consuming a third of their calories after 6pm….which is the most dangerous time to eat!  These two things are causing an uprise in type 2 diabetes, obesity and other health issues. 

Are you a snacker? You may think that by eating smaller snacks instead of three big meals is a smart thing to do, but a lot of other factors come into play.
