Weight Loss without giving up food!

You know my struggle…..I'm really trying to lose weight this year and be my best "me" but here's the thing- I'm an eater and unfortunately I do not crave fruits and veggies. I love cheese, bread and really anything salty! This makes it very hard to lose the weight I want.

If you're in a similar position and want to lose weight but don't want to give up food, here are some great tips for you!  From using a certain color plate and organizing your fridge like a mullet (business in the front and party in the back) to playing Tetris-yes you read that right, play Tetris, you'll find some super helpful ways to help you with that weight loss journey without giving up everything you love!
