Holiday fun for all, plus a night at the Ballet!

 

This weekend, you can find holiday fun for the little ones in Interlochen, or stroll and shop under the gaslights in Petoskey. There are festive activities at the Village at Grand Traverse Commons all weekend long, plus the chance to enjoy a night at the Ballet at Interlochen! And whether you’re looking for a new ride, or a furry friend to add to the family, you’ll find both at Subaru By the Bay on Saturday!

 

 

6th Annual Interlochen Area Children’s Christmas Party, Friday, December 7th, 5-8pm

Catch the tree lighting at Toms Food Markets at 5pm, then follow Santa to the Children’s Christmas Party at the new Interlochen Public Library. Enjoy caroling, hear a holiday story and make holiday crafts.

 

Petoskey Holiday Open House, Friday, December 7th, 6-9pm

Santa comes to town to light the tree in Pennsylvania Park, the streets will be filled with entertainment by carolers and the Petoskey High School Steel Drum Band, Poetry for a Purpose at McLean & Eakin Booksellers, and more!

Swan Lake at Interlochen Center for the Arts, December 6th-8th

Don’t miss this classic performance by the Interlochen  Arts Academy Ballet. Tickets are $29 for adults, $26 for seniors and $11 for youth. Learn more at interlochen.org

 

“Share the Love” event at Subaru By the Bay, Petoskey, Saturday, December 8th,               11am-1pm

There will be adoptable animals, the chance to take a holiday photo with your pet, refreshments and more. The first 12 visitors will receive a special ceramic dog bowl from Subaru. Plus, for every new Subaru sold or leased through January 2nd, Subaru By the Bay will donate $250 to one of 4 national charities, or, the Little Traverse Bay Humane Society!
