The One Stretch every desk worker needs!

I have a fun job. In the morning I get to chat and get people going. My job is to make sure they start off the day on the right foot. It's fun, even though it's pretty early. After that I have another show to do plus computer work. 

A lot of my day is spent sitting so it's no surprise I end up with back pain during the week. It's very common for anyone who works at a desk. 

There is a doctor who's popular on You Tube named Phoenyx Austin….and she specializes in sports medicine. She says there is one stretch you should be doing at work every day if you have a desk job.

Now I'm going to warn you it might feel weird at first and it's not the type of thing you should do in a skirt or tight pants, but it can really help with lower back pain. It's called the Prayer squat and it's a basic yoga move. The description and more info. can be seen here.
