The connection between water & your happiness….

One of my favorite activities in summer is going to the beach.  The sun just puts me in a good mood and the sound of the waves hitting the shore just relaxes my soul. My whole life I’ve dreamed of living somewhere on the water.
With that said, did you know that 3 hours into your day at the beach results in: DE-STRESSING! According to the journal of environmental psychology, within 3 hours of being near a body of water, people reported feeling refreshed and revitalized…..a natural high that is called “blue mind”.  Blue Mind refers to a mildly meditative, relaxed state that we find ourselves in when we are in, on or under water.
