
In this final weekend of February going in to March, it is all about the food… well, maybe not ALL about the food, but there are plenty of options as a few Restaurant Week wrap up.
First on our list for food, we have Traverse City Restaurant Week, now thru Feb. 28th, at various TC Restaurants. These restaurants will serve up special multi-course prix fixe menus at $25, $35 & $45. Sign up for the free digital Restaurant Week passport, which serves as your guide to participating restaurants, including menus, contact info & directions. Guests who check in at these establishments via the passport will be entered into random drawings for $50 gift cards from participating restaurants. Next, you can try a fabulous restaurant or two during Harbor Springs Restaurant Week, now thru March 1st. Discover the flavors of the Harbor Springs area and indulge in specially curated menus from our vibrant local restaurants. Enjoy creative culinary offerings and exclusive deals, showcasing the best of the Harbor Springs area dining scene. Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for a fun night out, Restaurant Week 2026 offers something for everyone. And our final option for trying something new or heading out to an old favorite to meet up with a friend or for a date night this weekend, we have the Chain-O-Lakes Culinary Experience, now thru Saturday. Participating locations feature special menus, discounted or fixe-price meals, tastings & unique culinary creations. Another event that not only involves food, but fun and philanthropy, we have Pups, Purrs, & Pasta Cook-off on Sunday, from 4PM-7PM, at the Overlook at The Chief Event Center in Bellaire. It is a fundraiser to benefit Help From My Friends Pet Crisis Center. Enjoy pasta dishes from local restaurants & Jake Slater performing an Elvis Tribute. $25 adult, $15 ages 5-12, under 5 free. Finally, you can bring the kids out for a day of fun at the Northport Winter Carnival on Saturday, starting at 12PM at Braman Hill in Northport. Enjoy classic events broomball, milk jug curling, cardboard sled race and chili cook off will held as well as other fun activities.
