Cherryland Humane Society

PET INFORMATION:
Name: Buzz
Info: Male, 4 years old
Days At the Shelter: 34 days
Meet Buzz! To infinity-and your couch! Buzz is one of our adorable “Toy Story kitties,” arriving with five other cats from another rescue in search of a fresh start and a furever home. This handsome dark brown tabby may have had a rough beginning, but you’d never guess it from how much love he has to give.
Buzz is extremely affectionate and lives for attention. He’ll happily flop over to show you his belly and treat you to the cutest air biscuits as he kneads the air in total bliss. He’s the kind of cat who wants to be close to his people and will remind you daily just how special you are to him.
Because of his past-where he wasn’t always sure when his next meal would come-Buzz is very food motivated. At mealtime, he gets adorably focused, scarfing down his food with enthusiasm and sporting the cutest little “airplane ears.” It’s endearing, but also a reminder of where he came from.
What Buzz really needs now is someone patient and loving who can reassure him that he’s safe, secure, and will never go hungry again. With time, trust, and plenty of full bowls, he’ll continue to blossom into the confident, carefree companion he’s meant to be. If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly cat with a big heart and an even bigger capacity for love, Buzz is ready to be your loyal co-pilot for life.

Charlevoix Humane Society

Hi there, my name is Biscotti its nice to meet you. I’m a young female cat that’s available for adoption at the Charlevoix Area Humane Society. I was brought in as a stray with my three kittens. Now that they’re weaned and I’m spayed I’m ready to find a new home!

I’m a very shy nervous girl and I’m still warming up to people, but I adore treats. I’ve had a tough life and I’d love a patient family who can help show me that people aren’t so bad! I’m a wet food fiend so treats are definitely the key to my heart.

If you’d like to meet me please stop by the Charlevoix Area Humane Society anytime Monday-Saturday between 12-5. See you soon!

If you think Biscotti sounds like your girl, stop by for a visit! You can set up an appointment by calling the Charlevoix Area Humane Society at 231-582-6774. She can’t wait to meet you!

AuSable Valley Animal Shelter

Hello there! I’m Martin. I’m a 2-year-old mixed breed dude with a heart full of love, and ready to receive all the treats and love you can give me. I should mention, I’m a little shy at first, but as you’ll notice, it’s an excited shy. Even though it takes me a second to come around, my tails wagging the whole time and I want so badly to get to know you. Once we meet, fur-get-about-it, because I’ll love you forever!

I have been neutered, vaccinated, and I’m up to date on my heart worm testing, I’ve also been microchipped—basically, I’m all set and ready to go home with you!

I really love being around people, and I enjoy the company of other dogs too. Having a furry friend around could help me feel even more confident. I might even do okay with a cat—I’m a gentle guy, just looking for a calm introduction and a little patience.

Because I’ve had a bit of a nervous start in life, I’m hoping to find someone who understands that I may need a little time to settle in. But I promise, once I trust you, you’ll have the sweetest, most loyal companion by your side.

If you’re looking for a soft-hearted, loving dog who just needs a chance to shine, I think we might be perfect for each other.

If you’d like to meet me – stop by the shelter Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6pm. Questions – reach out to my friends at AVASCares2@gmail.com or call 989-348-4117. I hope to meet you soon!
